Yeadon Fire Company assisted Darby Fire Co. # 1 Station 4 with a building fire. Ladder 16 arrived first due truck. Fire was extinguish by homeowner. Ladder 16 used Positive Pressure Ventilation to remove the smoke from the residence. Crews cleared up after.... (Full Story & Photos)

Accident on Cobbs Creek Parkway
July 29
Yeadon Fire Company and Darby Fire Co. # 1 Station 4 responded to a reported a report accident with fire on the Cobbs Creek Parkway. Squad 16 went on scene and confirmed a car into the tree with the engine compartment on fire. Squad 16 placed 1 3/4 in service and extinguished the fire. Building Fire Investigation

The Yeadon Fire Company assisted East Lansdowne Fire Company on a Building Fire Investigation earlier today in East Lansdowne. Crews arrived on scene and checked the residence with the homeowner and believe the electrical receptacle was the issue. Crews cleared after securing the outlet for the homeowner.... The Officers and Members regret to announce the passing of Edward Dunlap Sr. Ed joined the company is 1995 and was still active. Ed was a Past President, having served multiple years, multiple times, as well as spending many years as a Lieutenant and Captain.
